Are the products sticky?

Our products contain natural honey they are not as sticky as you imagine. In-fact the mild stickiness of the products are actually great for extracting contaminants from your skin and help hydrate the skin, leaving a smooth and clean surface once washed off.    

Can i eat the products?

Our products are not edible. However, our products are formulated with natural ingredients so they would cause no harm if accidentally consumed.    

How much cleanser should i use?

For our Beeautify Honey Cleanser we recommend 2-4 pumps of the products and apply evenly. For more information on how to use the Gentle Honey Cleanser, watch our video on YouTube.

Can i use the night cream during the day?

Most definitely. The Beeautify Night Cream can be used at anytime in the day/night but we recommend to use it after your cleansing routine for the product to work its magic while you sleep.   

Using our products for the first time

With all skincare and cosmetic products we recommend patch testing before use.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping - We offer free domestic shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $80. 

Under $80 - For orders under $80, shipping 'at cost' by Australia Posts will be calculated and added to the total during check out.

Express Shipping - We offer Express Postage via Australia Post 'at cost' as an alernative regardless of order value. 

Click & Collect - We also offer a free Local Pickup option from our Honey Lab in Yanchep, Western Australia. After you have placed your order online we will contact you with the pickup instructions. 

International Shipping -  We offer international postage to various locations. Shipping rates to your destination will be calulated at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched within one (1) business day. 

 The tracking details will be sent to your email/phone number immediately after the product is dispatched. 

 Please note we may run out of stock earlier than we anticipate due to quantities of orders and demand. We will notify you immediately if there is a backorder on your order and update you with an estimated time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We uses Australia Post for regular domestic & international orders dispatched from Perth, WA. Please see Australia Posts website to view their current transit times. 

Forget to add something to your order?

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order please contact us at info@beeautify.com.au and quote your order number, within 24 hours of placing your order.  

How can i pay for an order online?

Our Online Store accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay.

How do i use a discount code?

If you would like to use a Beeautify discount code please add your desired items to cart and on the checkout page enter the code in the 'discount code' section.

Can i request a refund?

We are so confident that you will like our products. If are not 100% satisfied we will offer a full refund on the product(s).

My products were received damaged?

We try our hardest to pack our products to withstand courier and postage stress, however, In the rare occasion your order has been damaged we will replace the product at our expense.

Do you have a physical retail store?
